Part of the procedure is an automated sealing process, applying a modified polymer with high viscosity. Additional to the high tack, its UV resistant and enables an all-weather usage preventing liquids to enter.
With the robot we can apply the product consistently using the same pressure and speed increasing production quality and minimizing inaccuracy.
