We are about 30 employees in Peine in Lower Saxony and part of a multinational group of companies, regionally anchored but globally active.

As a B2B wholesale company and manufacturer in the field of collision protection and traffic calming in the industrial sector, our mission is to ensure and increase the safety of our fellow human beings in the respective environment, at the workplace or on traffic routes. Our product portfolio includes wide-ranging impact protection, barrier and mirror solutions.

These would be your tasks:

  • In your supra-regional sales area, you will get to know existing customers and independently expand and develop the existing business.
  • You know the country and the people, you are the connection to the customer and you are responsible for all sales activities in your area.
  • You will conduct price negotiations and, if possible, include all our products in the assortments of our resellers.
  • You support our customers in the selection of products, the realisation of larger projects and train dealers in the use of our product range.
  • In rare cases, you will visit our customers throughout Europe and represent our company at regional trade fairs, most of today’s contacts happen virtually

This could be part of your profile:

  • Studies or training in the commercial field or several years of experience in sales/sales, preferably in the technical field.
  • Self-confident appearance, empathy and communication skills for good conversations with our customers and colleagues.
  • Interest in learning new things and getting actively involved.
  • Creativity and patience to develop strategies for your markets and bring them to success.
  • At least fluent in written and spoken English, any other language is an advantage.
  • Occasional willingness to travel.

About the hiring process:

The rough procedure of the recruitment process for potential candidates is an initial virtual meeting with the team and HR manager within 1-2 weeks after receipt of the application, followed closely by a personal interview on site, usually the following week, if there is a good mutual impression. If there is a match, an employment contract is sent out between 1-3 days afterwards.
