At Dancop, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales and development team. Do you have a knack for driving growth, spotting new opportunities, and executing strategies with a proactive approach for both existing and new customers? Your key responsibilities:
- Build and grow relationships with existing and new customers in your sales territory – while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
- Analyze the market to uncover potential areas for expansion through leads and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and objectives while creating value for both parties.
- Support customers with product selection, implementation of larger projects, and training of resellers.
- Travel to customers across Europe as needed and represent Dancop at trade shows or directly with customers on-site.
We imagine you have:
- A background in sales/business development or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical context.
- A dynamic, results-driven mindset with the courage to take initiative and think outside the box.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage and inspire customers and colleagues alike.
- A structured approach to work, with a focus on both strategy and execution.
- Native-level German, fluent English, and preferably additional language skills.
- A flexible and solution-oriented attitude, as well as a willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.

About the hiring process:
